When traveling, I find that I am always overcome with an awareness that hundreds–perhaps even thousands–of years ago, someone stood exactly where I’m standing, touched the things I touched…Experiencing a new destination connects us to those that came before us in a way that is both shared and uniquely our own. My passion for travel started at an early age, when each year my family hosted exchange students from countries including Japan, Germany, France and Israel. Eventually I became that young exchange student. At 16, I lived with a family in a small town in Brazil, and later, in college, spent an academic year in Madrid, taking all my coursework in Spanish; exploring the art, food, and pulse of the city; and traveling around Europe at every
opportunity.

Travel heightens my awareness of my surroundings and magnifies my senses, allowing me to absorb the colors, flavors, sounds and traditions of wherever I am. It also inspires an inquisitiveness and zest that make seeking out unique travel experiences for my clients rewarding and fun. I make the planning process seamless and exciting, combining my personal creativity; my attention to countless behind-the-scenes details; and Virtuoso’s
