Allison brings to Lake Shore Travel over three decades of experience and expertise in luxury travel and strategic management. Her professional experience includes design, development, and implementation of a wide range of travel experiences for a varied client base. These high-end, high-value programs encompass both domestic and worldwide destinations. More specifically, she has been directly responsible for the overall management and operational execution of travel programs including, pre-planning, site inspections, and supplier coordination. She has a keen sense of the delicate balance between strategic client management and the needs of her organization – while always maintaining a focus on continuous improvement within an interactive and engaging team dynamic.
Allison fully understands the importance of building strong relationships and developing a comprehensive network of partners and suppliers to ensure clients are getting best-in-class “high-touch” service and support regardless of scale or complexity. Her association with the Lake Shore Travel Advisor network is critical to our overall success in the marketplace – and she considers this management function to be among the most important roles she will play. Supporting Advisors in the design and creation of unique and compelling turnkey custom travel experiences – that result in lasting and unforgettable memories – is what it’s all about.
