  • Who Needs an ETA: Citizens of visa-exempt countries traveling to the UK for tourism, business, short-term study, or transit for up to six months.

  • Cost: £16 per applicant.

  • Validity: Two years or until your passport expires, whichever comes first.

  • Application Process:

    • Apply online at the official UK government website or via the UK ETA app available on Google Play and App Store.

    • You’ll need a valid passport, a digital photo, an email address, and a payment method (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).

    • Most applications are processed within three working days, but it’s recommended to apply well in advance of your travel date.

  • Cost: €7 per applicant aged 18 to 70.

  • Validity: Three years or until your passport expires, whichever comes first.

  • Application Process:

    • Apply online through the official ETIAS website or via the ETIAS mobile application.

    • You’ll need a valid passport, an email address, and a payment method (credit/debit card).

    • Most applications are processed within minutes, but it’s advisable to apply well in advance of your travel date.
