Terri Netzel assisted us from beginning to end with planning and executing our trip to the Four Season Resort Lanai and Vancouver, BC. When we encountered issues including the airline losing our baggage on our flight to Honolulu, Terri was available and advising us daily including on Christmas and the holiday week. She used her experience and contacts to intervene and also submitted the loss for us to the travel insurance company for our policy. Terri had the clout to contact the resort to elevate assistance. Our luggage finally made it to us. Her advice on planning activities and making the most of our time on Lanai was essential. “Terri has been masterfully planning our vacations for the past 11 years. In the winter of 2009, we were looking for a tropical climate and a different experience than a Caribbean cruise or typical beach getaway. Terri thought Costa Rica and its various ecosystems would provide a unique adventure. She arranged our stays in the mangroves, the volcano area, and cloud forest as well as a few days at a luxurious beach resort. We had the time of our lives! Since then, Terri continues to outdo herself, setting up numerous dream vacation destinations that have exceeded our expectations. “We used Terri Netzel at Lake Shore Travel for a trip to Africa this fall. She was highly recommended by two other friends. I have to be honest that I was a bit worried about the trip. I have been all over the world but this was a scary one involving lots of tiny planes.
