I have booked multiple vacations with Victoria because she is such a huge help when it's come to our vacation planning. She's professional, personable, honest, straightforward, knowledgeable, detailed, and does her best to always be available. Each trip is even better than the last because she builds from the previous trip to learn more and more about us and our travel style. This past cruise I took with my girls was filled with so many memories and many of them were based on suggestions from Victoria. We highly recommend her and her expertise when traveling.

I come from the self-service generation of "book it yourself.” So, when I was tasked to plan and book my Mom's eightieth birthday celebration, I thought it would be no different. I immediately bumped into issues with arrival dates, times, room types, etc. We were only four rooms, too. A friend recommended I talk to Victoria. I hadn't considered using a travel pro, but I gave it a shot. I was sold within the first five minutes of our conversation. The questions Victoria asked to better understand my needs, the patience she had as I laid out all of the detail, and finally the confidence she projected that it would all come together, gave me a huge sense of relief. After hanging up, I received a detailed [email?] confirming the details. Within a few days, I had availability and pricing. All of it laid out neatly in a customized spreadsheet. Changes were handled professionally and without issues. The weekend was a big hit. I will be using Victoria for all my travel needs.

From start to finish Victoria went above and beyond to make our trip stress-free and magical for our family. Instead of dreading the details of traveling with kids, she got me EXCITED about the details!!! It was a pure joy working with her. Our trip to Finest Resort was the best vacation our family has ever had. The resort was beautiful, the food amazing, the experience was flawless. I cried when we had to go home! You can tell Victoria truly cares about her clients and their experience and we could not be happier! Cannot wait to go back!!

Victoria was able to assist us on a last-minute cruise to Alaska! We had done a lot of research on our own, but she was diligent in getting us answers to our questions, researching options, and finding the right fit for our needs and wants. She offered other ideas as well that maybe we didn't think of so we could look at other options. And she worked with Princess to get us a cabin that worked for what we wanted especially with limited inventory that was available due to our last minute booking, Victoria took some of that work off our plate and gave us information on excursions that we could review so we could determine what we wanted to do on our port days. She made us more comfortable in making our decision on what to book, Thanks Victoria for all your help! We had a great time!

Working with Victoria was wonderful. We changed dates, locations, costs, and wants more than we should have. She rolled with everything. She worked very hard to make us happy. We ran into a couple snags (our fault as we didn't heed her advice). The response was immediate and calming. When we had an issue with an excursion we planned, she took the issue personally. Again, we thought we knew better and should have listened to the expert. Lessons learned. Everything she did, recommended, and planned was great. I doubt I will ever plan a vacation without Victoria's help. She is everything that a professional should be. I cannot recommend her enough.

Victoria helped me plan our Disney World vacation. She was attentive, easy to get in touch with, and found great deals. I will work with her again on our future vacations!

Victoria is the best. I was not sure where I wanted to go or what I wanted to do on our trip. She gave us ideas and helped plan the whole trip down to the smallest details. She even had knowledge of sightseeing tours not just hotel and flights. She helped us choose the best options to keep everyone in our family entertained.
