Planning this trip was flawless. Vivian had it covered from beginning to end. Working with her could not be easier, more reliable or better. Enjoyed all aspects of this trip.

Our trip was fabulous---from the flights to the Carmel Limousine Service, to the unforgettable stay at the Ritz with the privileges of the Concierge Floor. ( My Granddaughter did not want to eat anywhere else--totally hooked.) The only disappointing feature were the theatre tickets. For Beautiful we were in the front row on the far end in the corner. For Matilda we were in the 4th row which was more preferable but again in the far corner. Thank you Vivian. You have never let us down, and I would never go anywhere else. As I said I think you are THE BEST.

My wife and I enjoyed our trip to Antarctica on Silver Seas Explorer. Service and amenities outstanding. Antarctica as a destination was an adventure and the experiences,caliber of crew, expedition leaders, zodiacs, icebergs, penquins, etc memorable. Vivian's suggestion of routing through Dallas instead of Miami to Buenos Aires made the travel experience easier. Our time in Buenos Aires despite rain was great because of the new hotel our friends were booked into per her suggestion.

The trip was planned exactly to our specifications. Everything went smoothly. Vivian has been our travel agent for many years, and she has always done an excellent job.

Have relied on Vivian to help me with vacations/trips for 15 years. She has wide ranging knowledge of destinations around the world - quite often based on her own first hand experiences.
